Nature has always helped me in so many different ways throughout my life. By sharing my own experiences of this and my methods of coping in this podcast, I hope they will help and inspire many others.
We are all traumatised by life, some of us from wrongdoings, others by unprocessed pain and sidelined emotions.
Life hurts us all in different ways, but it is how we respond that determines whether a trauma becomes a tragedy, or the beginning of the story of how the person begins to start to live again.
Trauma is something many will be facing because of coronavirus. Seeing death effects you and our brains aren’t wired up to deal with this. Make sure you get help, take time away and distress with nature.
I hope my own experiences in this podcast will help and inspire many by shining a light into that darkness.
