I’m extremely honored to be asked once more by Nikon, Japan to be part of a new “Eyes of Nikon” project that is starting soon. Using the latest new lenses to capture the beauty of the natural world with my style of wildlife photography.
I was selected to become an “eyes of nikon” photographer back in December 2013, Since then my work has formed part of their book, their exhibition in China, online images much more. Nikon,Japan have also supported my wildlife photography work too which I’m very thankful for.
I will be testing the new Nikon 200-500 F5.6 for Nikon, Japan as part of my on going Eyes of Nikon work. It felt like Christmas today with the arrival of a parcel from japan which contained both items brand new in their boxes. It looks a great lens for the cost and zoom range looks great too. The images will form part of a Nikon advertising and promotion and go along with their updated vision of the project you can see here. I’m also trying the D810 with this lens both having being sent to me from Nikon, Japan.
Really looking forward to testing this new lens and already out of the box its light, easy to hold and having tired it very briefly the focus and motor is very quite and smooth which is perfect for wildlife photography. I will be updating my blog with images and thoughts over the coming months. I will also share any images and links where you will can see the images as part of “eyes of nikon” work, many thanks.
