Global Birdfair 2023
The amazing Global Birdfair is back. This unique event brings together wildlife conservationists, representatives of nature, travel, birders and natural history enthusiasts from all over the world.
Global Birdfair is spearheaded by Tim Appleton MBE, founder of the original Birdfair back in 1989.
Last year’s fantastic event was packed over the three days and donated an incredible 100,000.00 euros to conservation projects through the events main sponsor, Birdlife International.
I have a deep love and connection with this wonderful event and a lot of respect for Tim Appleton for his amazing work over the years raising so much money for conservation.
I have been lucky to have spoken at many of the previous Birdfairs and even displayed my work there back in 2010.
At the first Global Birdfair event last year, under its new name I presented my Best of British talk. While also having some great conversations with Matt Merritt, the editor of the Bird Watching magazine. Click here to read more about this.
At this years Global Birdfair I’m pleased to announce that I will be delivering workshops covering ethical wildlife photography in the field. The timings of my workshops can bee seen below or by clicking here.
I will go through ethics, fieldcraft and respecting wildlife when you are taking your photographs, all incredibly important. Helping those that attend my workshops to take better images with their own cameras.
It will be another fantastic event and it’s amazing to see it back. To book your tickets please click here.
